Account and Data Deletion Instructions
1. Request account deletion
To request deletion of an AllAI account, email support@allai.ae from the account email address where possible. Include the account email, the requested action and any connected platform that should be addressed. We may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority before acting.
2. What the request covers
A verified account-deletion request may cover the AllAI account, saved chats, uploaded files, generated content, preferences and other account-linked content, subject to the scope of the request, applicable law and records that must be retained.
3. Subscription cancellation is separate
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund. Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete an account or its data.
4. Connected platform authorization
Revoking a connected platform authorization and deleting AllAI data are separate actions. Revocation prevents future authorized access where the platform honors the revocation, but it does not by itself delete data already processed or retained lawfully.
5. Google and Gmail
Users may revoke AllAI access through the permissions controls in their Google Account. Users may request deletion of Gmail connector data by emailing support@allai.ae. The request should identify the account and the Gmail connector data concerned. AllAI will handle the request under applicable law and the Google API Services User Data Policy. This page does not promise an AllAI in-product disconnect or automatic deletion function unless that function is expressly made available.
6. Facebook and Instagram
Users may revoke AllAI access through the relevant Facebook or Instagram settings. Users may request deletion of Meta Platform Data by emailing support@allai.ae and identifying the connected account or Page where possible. Revocation does not automatically delete the AllAI account or data already retained for a lawful purpose.
7. Identity verification and processing
We may verify the requester, account ownership and authority to prevent unauthorized deletion. We will process the request within the time required by applicable law and may communicate if clarification, an exception or additional information is needed.
8. Retention exceptions
Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, tax, accounting, payment and transaction records, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Retained information remains subject to applicable privacy obligations and is not kept for a longer period than justified by the applicable purpose.
9. Backups and residual copies
Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted or access-restricted backups until those backups rotate through ordinary operations. Backup copies are not used to restore a deleted account except where necessary for security, continuity or legal reasons.
