Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope and relationship with the Terms
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every use of AllAI, including AI chat, prompts, outputs, files, image and voice features, the browser extension, external chatbots, WordPress, team features, social-media tools and connected accounts. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law applies.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for your account, User Content, prompts, outputs, connected accounts, published material and actions approved through AllAI. You must have the rights, permissions and authority needed for the information and accounts you use.
3. Compliance with law
You must comply with applicable law, regulations, court orders, third-party rights and the terms of services connected to AllAI. You must not use AllAI to facilitate conduct that is unlawful in the place where it occurs.
4. Prohibited illegal and harmful activity
You must not use AllAI to plan, facilitate, encourage, conceal or carry out:
- fraud, scams, impersonation, extortion, money laundering or deceptive commercial conduct;
- credential theft, account compromise, phishing, malware, malicious code or unauthorized surveillance;
- unauthorized access, disruption, exploitation or security testing of systems, except testing performed with prior written authorization from the system owner;
- spam, abusive automation, unsolicited bulk messaging or evasion of provider controls;
- scraping or unauthorized bulk extraction of data, content or personal information;
- infringement, misappropriation or unlawful distribution of intellectual property;
- unlawful collection, exposure, disclosure or misuse of confidential or personal information;
- harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation, abuse or targeted intimidation;
- child sexual exploitation or abuse, or sexual content involving a minor;
- non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation or intimate-image abuse;
- violent extremism, terrorism or material support for such activity;
- weapons development, acquisition, trafficking or misuse, except lawful and responsible information with no operational enablement;
- encouragement or operational assistance for self-harm or suicide;
- high-impact deception, including impersonation or fabricated evidence intended to cause material harm;
- unlawful manipulation of elections, civic processes or public participation; or
- unlawful discrimination or other prohibited high-impact decision-making.
5. Security and account abuse
You must not bypass authentication, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without prior written authorization, distribute credentials, deploy malware, interfere with availability, evade rate or usage limits, or use AllAI to compromise an account or system. Good-faith security research is permitted only within a written authorization or an applicable responsible-disclosure program and must avoid unnecessary access, disruption and disclosure.
6. Plans, credits and Platform limits
You must not circumvent plans, credits, quotas, rate limits, access controls, payment requirements or feature restrictions. You must not create accounts or automated processes to evade suspension, payment obligations or usage limits.
7. Content, privacy and confidentiality
You must not submit or use content in a way that violates confidentiality, privacy, publicity, data-protection, intellectual-property or contractual rights. You must not use AllAI to expose another person's private information or to process data without the required authority.
8. High-impact domains
AllAI must not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person, including decisions involving medical care, legal rights, financial eligibility, credit, insurance, employment, housing, education, public benefits or access to essential services. Users must obtain appropriate professional review and comply with applicable law.
9. Generated images, audio, voice and identity
You must not use generated images, audio or voice to impersonate a person, create non-consensual intimate material, deceive another person about identity or authorization, or cause unlawful harm. You are responsible for obtaining consent and providing notices where required.
10. Social-media and connected-account use
You must have authority to connect and manage the relevant account, Page or professional account. You must not use AllAI to publish unauthorized content, spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform enforcement, access data outside granted permissions, or take actions that violate Facebook, Instagram, WordPress or another connected provider's terms.
11. Gmail and connected data
You must not use the Gmail Connector or another connected service to access, disclose, analyze or act on data without authorization. Google User Data and Meta Platform Data remain subject to the narrow purposes in the Privacy Policy. A connection does not authorize unrelated analytics, advertising, profiling, brokerage, generalized model training or other prohibited use.
12. Misuse of outputs
You must independently review outputs and must not represent an output as verified professional advice, an official decision, a person's authentic statement or a factual source when it is not. You are responsible for checking citations, permissions, safety and suitability before use.
13. Investigation and enforcement
BBK AI may investigate suspected violations using proportionate measures and information available to it. We may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate access, contact affected providers or authorities, preserve relevant records, or take other lawful protective action.
14. Suspension and termination
Enforcement follows the suspension and termination provisions in the Terms of Service. Action may be immediate where needed to address security, legal, safety or serious abuse risks. Suspension of AllAI does not automatically cancel a subscription or delete an account.
15. Reporting
Report suspected abuse, illegal content, account compromise or safety concerns to support@allai.ae. Include enough information to allow review and do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data.
16. Appeal and review requests
If access or content is restricted, you may contact support@allai.ae with the account details, relevant facts and any explanation you want considered. We may request information needed to assess the request. Nothing in this process limits mandatory legal rights.
