Education & Institutional Licensing Policy
1. Scope and purpose
This Education & Institutional Licensing Policy applies where a university, college, school, training institute, academy, corporate training provider or other organization obtains or arranges access to AllAI for students, learners, instructors, staff or other authorized participants.
This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Specific commercial terms agreed with an institution may also be set out in an order form, proposal, quotation or separate written agreement.
2. Institutional licensing
BBK AI may offer institutional access through bulk licenses, allocated user accounts, seats, usage allowances or other arrangements agreed with the institution. Availability, minimum quantities, included services, usage limits, pricing, duration and payment terms may vary between institutional agreements.
No educational or institutional pricing, discount or licensing arrangement is guaranteed unless confirmed by BBK AI in writing.
3. Authorized users
Institutional access may be provided to students, learners, instructors, employees or other individuals specifically authorized by the institution and BBK AI. Access is personal to the authorized user unless the relevant agreement expressly permits another arrangement.
Accounts, credentials or allocated seats must not be transferred, publicly distributed, shared with unauthorized persons or used to provide access to individuals outside the agreed institution or program.
4. Account allocation and administration
The institution may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to create, allocate or manage authorized accounts or seats. The institution is responsible for ensuring that the information it provides is accurate and that each user is eligible to receive access.
Where administrative tools are provided, designated institutional administrators are responsible for managing their authorized users in accordance with applicable law, this Policy and the relevant agreement.
5. Access duration
Institutional access may be provided for a defined course period, academic term, subscription period or other agreed duration. Access may begin and expire on dates specified in the applicable commercial agreement.
An institution must not represent that access is permanent, automatically renewable or available for a particular period unless that duration has been confirmed by BBK AI.
6. AI models and services
AllAI provides access to supported AI models and AI-powered services through the AllAI platform. Available models, providers, capabilities and features may change over time because of product development, provider availability, technical requirements, legal requirements or third-party changes.
Institutional access to AllAI does not provide users with separate subscriptions, memberships or accounts directly with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or any other third-party AI provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Usage limits and fair use
Institutional licenses may include specific usage allowances, service limits, credits, quotas, rate limits or feature restrictions. These limits may differ according to the institution, license type or applicable agreement.
Users and institutions must not bypass, pool, resell, automate around or otherwise circumvent applicable usage limits or access controls.
8. Educational use
AllAI may be used to support learning, teaching, research, content creation, productivity, experimentation and other lawful educational activities. Institutions remain responsible for determining whether a particular use of AI is appropriate for their curriculum, assessments, academic policies and educational standards.
9. Academic integrity
AllAI does not determine whether the use of AI is permitted for a particular assignment, examination, assessment or academic activity. Students and other users must follow the academic-integrity rules established by their institution.
Institutions are responsible for communicating their own rules concerning AI-assisted work, attribution, plagiarism, examinations and assessment integrity.
10. Accuracy and human review
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for a particular purpose. Students, instructors and institutions must independently review important outputs and should not rely on AI-generated content as the sole source of factual, academic, professional or high-impact decisions.
11. Student and institutional data
Personal information and account data are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Institutions must have the necessary authority, notices, permissions and lawful basis for any personal information they provide to BBK AI or instruct users to submit through AllAI.
Institutions should avoid requiring students or users to submit unnecessary sensitive, confidential or restricted information into AI services.
12. Minors
If an institution intends to provide AllAI access to individuals who are minors under applicable law, the institution must notify BBK AI in advance and obtain any parental, guardian, institutional or other consent required by law before access is provided.
Availability of AllAI for minors may be subject to additional restrictions or approval.
13. Acceptable use
Every institutional user remains subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Institutions must not knowingly enable or encourage unlawful, abusive, unsafe or unauthorized use of AllAI.
BBK AI may restrict individual accounts, particular features or institutional access where necessary to address security, legal, safety, payment or serious misuse concerns.
14. Marketing and representation
Institutions may describe access to AllAI as an included benefit of a course, program, membership or educational offering only where such access has been purchased, approved or otherwise confirmed by BBK AI.
Marketing must accurately describe the service. Institutions must not state or imply that participants receive separate subscriptions directly from third-party AI providers when the access is provided through AllAI.
15. Third-party names and trademarks
References to third-party AI providers, models, products or trademarks must be accurate and must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless such relationship has been expressly confirmed.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Resale and redistribution
Institutional licenses are intended for authorized participants within the agreed educational or organizational program. An institution must not resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially provide AllAI accounts or access to unrelated third parties unless BBK AI has expressly approved the arrangement in writing.
17. Institutional branding and promotional cooperation
Any use of the AllAI or BBK AI name, logo or branding beyond ordinary factual reference may require prior approval. Similarly, BBK AI will not publicly represent an institution as a customer, partner or educational partner without appropriate authorization.
Separate written arrangements may govern co-branded campaigns, promotional materials, case studies or partnership announcements.
18. Support
Support availability, response targets, onboarding assistance and account-management services may vary according to the applicable institutional agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, users may report account or technical issues through the support channels made available by AllAI.
19. Changes to users and seats
Rules concerning replacement, reassignment, addition or removal of users may depend on the applicable institutional agreement. BBK AI may require reasonable controls to prevent repeated reassignment or other practices intended to circumvent agreed license quantities or usage limits.
20. Suspension and termination
Institutional or individual access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service, the applicable institutional agreement or where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, security risks, legal requirements, non-payment or material breach.
Expiration or termination of institutional access does not automatically create a right to continued individual access unless a separate subscription or arrangement is established.
21. Changes to models and features
AI technology and third-party provider services change frequently. BBK AI may add, replace, update, limit or discontinue models, providers or features where reasonably necessary. Unless expressly agreed in writing, an institutional license does not guarantee permanent availability of a specific third-party model or provider.
22. Commercial agreements
Institutional pricing, quantities, license duration, payment schedules, included features, usage allowances, support arrangements and other commercial terms are determined by the applicable quotation, order form, proposal or written agreement.
If a specific institutional agreement expressly conflicts with this Policy, the specific written agreement will govern that subject to applicable mandatory law.
23. Updates to this Policy
BBK AI may update this Policy to reflect changes to AllAI, institutional services, legal requirements, educational use cases or third-party services. The latest published version will state its effective update date.
