Terms of Service
1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BBK AI FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN, trading as BBK AI ("BBK AI", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using AllAI, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
2. Provider identity
BBK AI is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. AllAI is the product and platform covered by these Terms. References to "you" include an individual user and an organization represented by that user.
3. Eligibility and legal capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use AllAI for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You may not use AllAI where doing so would violate applicable law.
4. Accounts and credential security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security measures and promptly notify support@allai.ae of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable law.
5. Platform services
AllAI may provide AI chat using multiple AI providers, model comparison, AI Council, research tools, web search, image generation and understanding, file processing, speech and voice, a browser extension, external chatbots, social-media tools, WordPress and other integrations, team features, subscriptions and usage credits. Features may depend on your plan, entitlement, location, device, account type, provider availability and configuration.
6. Feature changes and third-party dependency
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, models, limits or integrations. AllAI may depend on third-party AI, hosting, search, payment, communications and platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation.
7. Subscription plans
Plan features, limits, prices, taxes, billing interval and included usage are shown at checkout or in an applicable order. Plan availability and entitlements may change for future purchases or renewals as permitted by law.
8. Billing
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method selected for the subscription, applicable taxes and other amounts shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, authentication and fraud controls. You must keep billing information current.
9. Usage credits
Some features may use credits, quotas or other usage entitlements. Their amount, consumption and availability are described at checkout or in the applicable plan. Credits are not money, are not a deposit and may not be transferred or redeemed except where required by law or expressly stated by AllAI.
10. Renewals
Subscriptions renew according to the plan information shown at checkout and the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Any renewal notice, price change or payment-provider rule applies as required by applicable law.
11. Cancellation
You may request cancellation through the available account control or by contacting support@allai.ae. The effective date and access after cancellation depend on the plan, checkout terms and payment provider. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically close your account, delete data or revoke a connected account.
12. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights
Refund eligibility and process are described in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the terms shown at checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
13. Acceptable use
You must use AllAI lawfully and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the Platform, infringe rights, evade limits, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, or use outputs or connected features to cause unlawful harm.
14. User Content
"User Content" means prompts, uploads and other material submitted directly to AllAI, excluding Connected Platform Data. You retain rights you hold in User Content and are responsible for its legality, accuracy and permissions. You must not submit content you are not authorized to process.
15. Limited licence to operate the service
You grant BBK AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, transmit and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support the requested AllAI service, comply with law and enforce these Terms. This licence does not grant a general right to sell User Content or use it for advertising targeting. It does not apply to Google User Data or Meta Platform Data and does not expand the permissions described in Section 16.
16. Connected accounts
You may connect a third-party account only if you have authority to do so, grant the relevant permissions and may lawfully direct the requested processing or action. You remain responsible for content published and actions approved through a connected account. The connected provider's terms and policies also apply.
Revocation, API changes, provider suspension, permission loss, outages, account restrictions or changes by a connected platform may interrupt or disable an integration. The Privacy Policy controls processing of Connected Platform Data and prevails over any broader general processing statement.
Google and Gmail
Gmail access is user-authorized, read-only and limited to the Gmail functionality described in the Privacy Policy. Connecting Gmail does not transfer ownership of emails or account data to AllAI. Google User Data is excluded from the general User Content licence.
Facebook and Instagram
You must have authority to connect and manage the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram professional account. Connecting Facebook or Instagram does not transfer ownership of the account, Page, professional account, posts, messages, media, comments or other content to AllAI. You remain responsible for content published and actions approved through the connection.
Other integrations
WordPress and other business or content integrations are limited to the permissions and feature you authorize. No general User Content licence expands those permissions.
17. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers
AllAI may send the minimum relevant User Content to AI and infrastructure providers when necessary to provide a requested feature. Providers may apply their own terms. Processing of Connected Platform Data is limited by Section 16 and the Privacy Policy.
18. AI outputs and human review
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, non-unique, offensive or unsuitable for reliance. You must independently review outputs before relying on, publishing or sharing them. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. The AI Output and Professional Advice Disclaimer also applies.
19. Intellectual property
BBK AI and its licensors retain all rights in AllAI, its software, interfaces, documentation, technology, trademarks and branding, except for rights held by users or third parties. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
20. Generated-output rights
As between you and BBK AI, and to the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms, you may use outputs generated for your account for your lawful purposes. We do not claim ownership of all outputs and do not promise that any output is copyrightable, exclusive, original, accurate or free from third-party rights. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
21. Feedback
If you provide ideas or feedback that does not contain User Content, personal data or Connected Platform Data, you grant BBK AI a royalty-free right to use it to improve AllAI without compensation or obligation to you.
22. Privacy and data deletion
The Privacy Policy controls personal-data processing. The Account and Data Deletion Instructions describe deletion requests, identity checks, retention and connected-platform revocation. Closing an account, cancelling a subscription and revoking Google, Facebook or Instagram authorization are separate actions unless expressly stated otherwise.
23. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, misuse or legal requirement. We may also limit a connected feature when its provider suspends access or changes its requirements. You may stop using AllAI at any time, subject to subscription obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute terms.
24. Warranty disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllAI is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We disclaim implied warranties only to the extent law permits, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness, merchantability, accuracy, non-infringement and suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBK AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from the Platform. BBK AI's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid to BBK AI for the affected Platform during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
26. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify BBK AI and its officers, employees and service providers against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from your unlawful User Content, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of AllAI, unauthorized connected-account actions or material breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim results from BBK AI's own unlawful conduct or breach.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
28. Dispute handling
Before starting formal proceedings, you should contact support@allai.ae and describe the issue so the parties can attempt informal resolution. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights and any non-waivable forum required by applicable law.
29. Electronic notices
You agree that notices, disclosures, invoices and other communications may be delivered electronically through the Platform, to your account email or by other reasonable electronic means. You are responsible for keeping contact details current.
30. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Platform or our business. We will identify the revised date and provide notice where required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
31. Severability
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
32. No waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
33. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. BBK AI may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, financing or transfer of the relevant business, provided that the transfer does not reduce mandatory rights or expand permissions for Connected Platform Data.
34. Entire agreement
These Terms, the plan information shown at checkout and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and BBK AI concerning the Platform and supersede prior agreements about the same subject, except for a separately executed written agreement that expressly governs.
35. Third-party rights
Except for BBK AI's licensors and indemnified persons where applicable, no person who is not a party to these Terms may enforce them. Third-party platforms and providers remain separate from BBK AI.
